What This Is
A 6-month online immersion that is live, intimate, and comprehensive. You learn to locate and dissolve the unconscious emotional patterns driving suffering at their somatic root.
This is not a course. It is not a coaching add-on. It is an immersion in a method that has produced permanent results for clients across three decades. You will emerge with a method and a clear process for transformation.
You will also emerge changed. Because the immersion is designed to work on you as much as it educates you. You cannot guide others into sovereignty while still living from your own unresolved patterns. This program addresses both simultaneously.
Most practitioners spend years accumulating continuing education credits, certifications, and modalities — each adding something, none of them reaching the root. The Inner Sovereignty Practitioner Immersion is not another layer. It is the foundation everything else can finally stand on.

The Foundation: How Suffering Takes Root

Applied Somatic Intelligence
The precise methodology and procedures at the heart of the Inner Sovereignty Process.™ How to use Applied Somatic Intelligence to locate stuck energetic patterns in the body. How to guide your client to dissolve them at their source, producing immediate and lasting relief.
The Technical Craft & Procedures
Session structure, the flow of a session, the language and prompts that locate roots without getting lost in story, how to recognize when a client is stuck and how to move through it, and how to verify that the pattern has fully dissolved.
The Full Spectrum of Pain & Struggle
How to work across every area of life: self-image, relationships, the past, spiritual and religious wounds, health, addiction, compulsive behavior, phobias, prosperity, intentions and goals. Using the same precise, repeatable process with customized questions and prompts.
Holding the Space
How to create a safe, healing container virtually or in person. Client intake, the complimentary call, how to begin, either with the most impactful event or with a specific presenting issue. How to prepare for a session and how to care for yourself between sessions.
Practice and Feedback
Supervised practice sessions with other participants first and then real clients, recorded and reviewed. Direct feedback from Caprice on your technique, your presence, and your application of the method.
The Immersion Structure & Time Commitment
Six months.
Live weekly Zoom calls with Caprice to discuss that week's reading and video content.
A private forum where Caprice is available between sessions for questions that arise in practice.
Each participant is also welcome to book private sessions with Caprice throughout the immersion — to dissolve whatever surfaces personally as the work deepens.

About Caprice
Caprice Thorsen has spent more than 30 years at the intersection of human performance and inner transformation — as a business strategy consultant to CEOs, a staff member for two U.S. Senators, and as a coach, educator, and developer of the Inner Sovereignty Process.
She holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, dual BAs from the University of Virginia, and is the author of four books.
Caprice's work is informed by more than three decades of professional experience and her Eastern Orthodox Christian faith that has shaped her understanding of the human person, the interior life, and what it means to live from your deepest self.
The Practitioner Immersion is the transmission of her life's work. The method, the orientation, and the lived experience of sovereignty that she has spent decades developing and refining.

The investment for the six-month immersion is $750 per month for 8 months,

The Next Cohort begins Fall 2026
This cohort has a maximum of six participants. The first cohort had two. Caprice works with each participant directly. There are no assistants, no pre-recorded substitute for live presence, no scaled-down version of the experience.
Live calls are scheduled once the cohort is formed, with full accommodation for participants across time zones. This cohort requires a minimum of three participants to proceed . If that threshold is not reached, all deposits are returned in full.
